Product Description
Composite spreader designed by Dr. Karol Babiński. The unique shape of the working parts allows for convenient modeling of details, the special TT-glass titanium coating is scratch-resistant, extremely durable and acts as an anti-reflective coating.
Springy ends in the shape of a cylinder and a pointed, bent needle. Cylinder diameter along its entire length 0.8 mm - tip length 8.0 mm. The length of the entire instrument is 16.3 cm. Round hollow handle.
In order to instantly distinguish it from the No. 1 dispenser, the ends of the handle have not been covered with a TT-glass coating.
Attention!
During production, the tools covered with the TT-glass coating are cleaned several times using the ultrasonic method. It causes a slight matting of the product, therefore, in order to give them a satin gloss, paraffin oil is applied to the instruments. This process is carried out manually, separately for each tool. For this reason, sometimes a little more oil is applied, which after the first sterilization can result in dark streaks on e.g. gloves. The product should then be cleaned and sterilized again. Then this situation will not happen again. It should also be noted that such a phenomenon occurs sporadically and is not a defect of the product.
